TIER 1: The Basic
No upfront fee.
20% referral fee on each closing for the first 24 months.
. Access to Skool for you to become certified
. Access to Skool to equip you to lead your chapter
. Access to Skool to equip you to secure the account
. Your Chapter members get access to their programs
. No one-on-one sessions with the Golden Goose acquisition team
TIER 2 : The Pacesetter
7.5% referral fee on each closing for the first 18 months.
. Same Skool access
. Two one-on-one sessions with the Golden Goose acquisition team
. One-time $200 fee
TIER 3: The Heavy Hitter
3.5% referral fee on each closing for the first 12 months.
. Same Skool access
. Ten one-on-one sessions with the Golden Goose acquisition team
. One-time fee of $800
. Additional Skool access to;
Relocation firms – HR, 3rd party relo firms, headhunters
Retirement homes – Longterm Residency
Divorce attorneys – Families in transition.
If you selected the Partner Program and there is more than one applicant in your county,
priority will be given to those who select the Heavy Hitter and Pacesetter options.
